Jason Christopher is an Ada Native. He graduated from Ada High School in 1989 and East Central University in 1994 with a degree in Political Science. He and his wife Karla were married at Oak Avenue Baptist Church later that summer, and he started law school at the University of Oklahoma in the fall. 

Jason clerked for the Pontotoc County District Judge in 1995 and worked for the Pontotoc, Hughes and Seminole County District Attorney’s Offices as a legal intern from 1996 to 1998. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School in 1997 and accepted a position as the Atoka County Assistant District Attorney in 1998. He held that position for 4 years until he returned to Ada to open his own law practice in 2002.

Jason has tried over 50 criminal and civil jury trials, including 3 first degree murder cases. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts. Jason’s practice areas include criminal defense, civil litigation, divorce, probate and general trial work. Jason is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Evidence Code Committee, he is an Associate Bar Examiner and adjunct professor of Evidence at East Central University.
