Jeffrey M. Embleton is an experienced trial lawyer with extensive experience in Labor and Employment, Civil Litigation, and Environmental Law. He has represented clients before state and federal courts in Ohio and several other states and has appeared before Ohio Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Jeff has represented companies before OSHA, the NLRB, and various other state and federal regulatory bodies.

His practice includes representing businesses in employment discrimination and harassment claims; wrongful termination claims; and related employment claims. He counsels employers on Rightful Terminations, Harassment Training, and other employment-related training. He also works with companies on union-free training and related issues.

Jeff represents companies and individuals in claims involving trade secret disclosure and non-competition disputes. He has also represented executives in preparation of executive employment and severance agreements.
