Jeffrey E. Erb earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 2006 and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a minor in Geology. After law school, Mr. Erb spent two years at the Colorado Court of Appeals as a law clerk for the Hon. Diana Terry.
Mr. Erb’s practice focuses on the representation of special districts, local governments, quasi-municipal entities, and a select group of real estate developers. His practice involves day-to-day operations, formation, financing (including grants and loans), and when necessary, the consolidation of special districts.
Mr. Erb also provides litigation representation and dispute resolution to local governments and private entities through all stages of the trial and appeal process in disputes involving special districts, local government and real estate issues.
