Joe McDowell is a third generation Manchester, NH native who has been practicing law in his home town since 1971.
Since 1978, he has dedicated his legal career to the representation of individual plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, workers compensation, uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist claims.
Joe graduated from Bishop Bradley High School in 1964, Providence College in 1968, and Suffolk University Law School in 1971, cum laude.
At Suffolk University Law School, Joe was an editor on the Suffolk University Law Review (1970-1971.) Author: “Right to Trial by Jury,” Suffolk University Law Review (1970); “Capital Punishment,” Suffolk University Law Review (1971). Joe is currently a member of the New Hampshire Supreme Court Committee on Character & Fitness.
