Kimberly joined the firm as an associate in 2014.  She has grown her practice areas to include estate planning, probate, trust administration, mediation, and conservatorship matters. Kimberly represents a variety of clients: from families who have recently lost a loved one, to parents whose disabled child cannot manage their finances or personal needs, to individuals who want to plan for their future.  She also represents private fiduciaries and public administrators in probates, trust administrations and conservatorship matters.

Kimberly enjoys working with families and individuals to plan for the future, as well as helping them navigate through transitions.  Her practice is focused on the needs and goals of her clients, and she’s dedicated to creating personalized and understandable estate plans for their specific situations.  Kimberly also appreciates her ability to assist those looking for conservatorships, whether they have a special needs child about to turn 18, or an aging parent in need of care and financial management.

Kimberly  began her legal career in 2007 as a family law attorney in Sacramento, transitioning to family law mediation, where she excelled within the often-challenging dynamics of fear and loss with stabilizing and meaningful resolutions. Kimberly began her own mediation practice in 2012 and later divided her time between mediation and estate planning, before shifting her focus solely  on estate planning and related matters.  

Kimberly was raised in Rochester, New York and went to college at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, graduating with honors. She received her J.D. degree, with honors, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Kimberly, her husband Brian, and their three children, live in El Dorado County, where Kimberly is active in the community and with several local charitable organizations, including Women’s Fund of El Dorado and Rotary Club of Cameron Park .  

Kimberly and her family enjoy exploring local hiking trails and camping near the ocean.  Kimberly recently ran her first 10k, hopefully not her last, and enjoys wine tasting in our wonderful local wineries.
