Mark has been handling high conflict, major asset cases for more
than 30 years. He has served as a family law mediator and has a trial
record of over 3 decades of successful litigation. He has handled
hundreds of family law cases ranging from multi-million dollar divorces
involving business valuations and custody evaluation experts to simpler
amiable divorces where the parties can resolve the divorce in a matter
of a couple of months.

Mark’s clientele includes ranchers and physicians and
other professions; average people from all walks of life. He is proud at how
often his former clients and even former adversaries recommend him to
their friends and other family members.

Mark graduated from the University of Wyoming College
of law in 1981 and received his undergraduate degree in business administration
from the University of Wyoming in 1978. He is authorized to practice
law in Wyoming and Colorado, the US District Court of Wyoming, and the
US Court of Appeals Tenth Circuit.
