Pat Vipond is a founding partner of Lamson Dugan & Murray and currently serves on the Management Committee of the Firm.  Mr. Vipond has over 32 years of courtroom experience representing corporations, individuals and partnerships in a wide variety of commercial, insurance, and professional negligence litigation.

In the professional malpractice area, Pat represents doctors, nurses, psychologists, physician assistants, hospitals, attorneys, and insurance agents. He has represented plaintiffs and insurance companies in complex insurance coverage matters. Pat represents individuals and organizations before state agencies including the Nebraska Department of Health.  As one of the attorneys in Lamson Dugan and Murray’s expanding healthcare practice, he consults on risk management and administrative and organizational issues for hospitals.
