A partner with Sinn, Fitzsimmons, Cantoli, Bogan & West, Ray is a Member of the Ocean County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Ray is also a Member of the Maritime Lawyers  Association.  A former Councilman for the Borough of Sea Girt, Ray presently serves as the  Municipal Counsel for the Borough of Sea Girt, Counsel to the Point Pleasant Parking Authority, and numerous nonprofit entities.  Ray has served under various Governors on Marine related Councils and Boards.  Ray maintains a multi-jurisdictional practice that has resulted in his representation of clients in numerous courts throughout the United States; as well as representing small businesses in transactional work, contract disputes and business litigation within New Jersey and the United State District Courts.
