He has served as lead transaction counsel in multiple hospital-physician joint ventures, practice integrations, co-management arrangements and clinically integrated networks. He has also represented parties in transactions involving the acquisition and/or merger of ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and many other types of non-hospital providers as well as joint ventures and affiliations between hospital systems.
